"Jackpot!" features Dominique Kamras and Ian O'Brien. Written and directed by Gary Van Osch the film is based on a true story as recounted to him by a close friend who had recently experienced the loss of her mother, however it should be noted that "During most of the conversations they were extremely intoxicated." Appearances by Eric Jeddry and Megan Thelosen as well as old favourites Benjamin Van Osch and Merle Byrne (El Belcho) round off the cast.
The film was awarded "Favourite Film" at the 2009 "Film on the Fringe" and was shown during the London Short Film Showcase November 6, 7, and 8, 2009.
